Make a difference as a Regional Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Coordinator

As a Regional Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Coordinator (APAC), you’ll ensure our 10 sites across APAC meet environmental regulations and sustainability standards. You’ll lead audits, drive improvements in greenhouse gas reduction, waste, water, and energy conservation, and integrate Ingredion Performance System (IPS) tools to embed continuous improvement across the region.


What you will do:

Follow-up the compliance across 10 APAC sites and escalate issues with corrective proposals

Lead environmental audits and corrective action tracking

Support GHG, water, energy, and waste reduction initiatives across the region

Drive the use of Cority (EHS system) to monitor and track compliance status

Collaborate with plant EHS managers, operations leaders, and global stakeholders

Conduct “Train-the-Trainer” sessions and build team awareness of EHS&S best practices

Apply IPS tools to embed sustainability into plant-level activities and KPIs

Engage with local regulatory bodies and internal governance teams to ensure compliance

Support reporting and benchmarking of sustainability performance across sites


What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field

Strong experience in environmental compliance, particularly in Thailand

Solid knowledge of ISO 14001, regulatory frameworks, and audit processes

Proficiency in English and Thai (spoken and written)

Familiarity with EHS software systems such as Cority

Ability to travel domestically and regionally (up to 50%)

Preferred: Master’s degree, Certified Environmental Auditor, experience across APAC, GRI reporting
