About the role

Working under the guidance of the Transformation Office, the Regional Digital Enablement Lead is a strategic partner, acting as a key interface between the regional leaders and our ICT & Digital (ICT&D) teams. This role ensures that technology investments align with regional priorities. The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation, manage IT budgets, advocate for regional technology needs, and ensure the successful implementation of IT initiatives, while also ensuring the investments being made are enabling and supporting our broader business transformation programs. Success will be measured by the adoption of digital solutions, cost efficiency, and improvements in IT service performance.
Key responsibilities
Orchestrate: Guide regional colleagues to find the correct functional owner for ICT&D demands, support them in describing investment ideas, and help them understand the requirements of proposed changes. Offer support and guidance throughout the process to improve the experience. Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for the region in ICT&D, understand regional priorities, communicate frequently with ICT&D leaders, and escalate issues early to ensure service expectations are managed and met. Awareness: Partner with the Regional Leadership team to communicate the impact of ICT&D investments, attend internal business events, and raise awareness of the value of changes delivered by ICT&D. Adoption: Work with regional leaders and their representatives to ensure sufficient resources and planning for the implementation of business changes and technology deployments. Align local and global teams' expectations to ensure successful IT&D investments. Performance: Identify opportunities to improve ICT&D performance, work with central teams to resolve issues, and publicize improvements to local leaders and colleagues. Formally raise problem tickets for areas of repeated failure to improve service and reputation. You will monitor ICT&D performance in your region such as Service Levels and Quality Metrics. Sharing: Publicize the benefits of ICT&D work relevant to the region, improving reputation and solution adoption. Focus on delivering the most valuable work first and completing it before starting new projects. Leadership & Strategy: Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, ensuring ICT&D investments align with business goals. Champion regional priorities within ICT&D and drive digital transformation by promoting modern technologies and best practices. Budget & Investment Management: Manage the regional IT & digital budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support local investment requests. Ensure financial alignment and cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor Degree, with minimum 10-15 years of leadership experience within large global organizations, with a strong focus on driving transformative change through digital solutions. Over 10 years of expertise in business, IT, and digital transformation, with an emphasis on process simplification. Proven track record of leading digital adoption, managing change, and influencing senior stakeholders. Experienced in working within global, matrixed environments and collaborating effectively across regions. Skilled in managing change programs with diverse teams, building strong relationships with internal business leaders, and acting as a trusted advisor. Familiar with working alongside central ICT&D teams, delivering regional services aligned to ITIL principles. Strong background in optimizing operating models and integrating newly acquired entities. Solid understanding of IT strategy, enterprise systems, and budget management.
