For our team at Abbott Nutrition, we are looking for a:
**Regional Commercial Excellence Manager Central Europe**
**Core responsibilities:**
+ Oversees the implementation and monitoring of a business intelligence model to drive customer segmentation and targeting. Focus will be on driving the sales force effectiveness initiatives. Creates the mechanisms and processes to capture, analyze and use market level data to better understand the current competitive environment; identify attractive growth opportunities and new customer targets and create value propositions to support and build competitive advantage in co-operation with marketing and sales team
+ Evaluates territory organization, coverage and activities in alignment with brand objective. Consults with various stakeholders (e.g., sales directors, managers, Marketing, etc.) and works with senior leadership to define SFE programs, selling strategies, prioritization, targeting, and other projects to optimize profitability across the region.
+ Uses knowledge of territory levers to explore sales force performance and opportunities, set and track targets and KPIs, and generate insight about the business.
+ Design analytical models to forecast sales and/or support and validate local affiliates models in conjunction with finance & triangulation with P&L ;
+ Analyze data to draw both qualitative and quantitative conclusions and convert findings into reports and make recommendations about the implications of alternative sales, marketing, and business development strategies;
+ Drive the effectiveness of strategic plans on a quarterly basis, and to adjust plans and activities to optimize success. Anticipate potential challenges and ensure a solution is in place to mitigate or quickly address challenges when encountered. Hold the team accountable for the proper execution of the territory strategy at the account and customer levels. Leverages a combination of market intelligence, competitor data, and internal insights to conduct competitive benchmarking, setting standards and ROI expectations, and tracking progress
+ Lead BI system solutions & capabilities (e.g. Power BI implementation) from design to adoption to create efficiencies through automation and technology
+ Design & implement BI Solutions for 360 business performance review;
+ Be Responsible for BI and Data Integration Operations
+ Data & User-Centric Project Management- e.g. Analytical paths and designed tailored to user type;
+ Optimisation of Data Pipelines and warehousing;
+ Implementation of BI Solutions for 360 business performance review;
+ Manage relationship with Internal (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations) & External (Iqvia, Nielsen etc) Stakeholders
+ Lead Data Architects and Developers (likely 3rd party) alongside with Global and Regional IT leads;
**The profile:**
+ Business Degree or Marketing qualification
+ At least 5 years of commercial line management experience
+ experience in the pharmaceutical industry commercial excellence and analytics
+ Excellent knowledge of English
+ Service and Results orientation
+ Excellent listening and communication abilities
+ Confidential and trustworthy
+ Open and honest
