The Regional Business Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets by collaborating with a channel partner. This includes professional education for stakeholders, effective collaboration with other commercial organizations and distributors, and developing key opinion leaders (KOLs). This role is crucial for developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
This position is part of Korea Commercial organization and reports to North Asia Commercial Leader and will be located in Seoul, Korea. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with laboratory KOL customers and stakeholders of the hospital to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenueDevelops Wining strategic plans to drive business by understanding the clinical market landscape and competitionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure product availability, placement, and sales support and build and manage a sales Funnel for the territory working closely with channel partner.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. And provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.Collaborating with commercial marketing organization for launching and rollout of new products and services as neededThe essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s Degree with min 5 years of related healthcare Sales & marketing experienceExperience in building and executing account strategy, engaging multiple call points within the hospital, including both laboratory and outside-of-the laboratory. Strong understanding of Distributor management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, partners, and customers.Proficient in data analysis and sales forecasting, with the ability to make informed decisions based on sales trends and market dynamics including experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeGood interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in English, as the role will require liaising with APAC Team.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Minimum of 3 years in sales management, with a proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve targets.Previous experience in Molecular/Microbiology is highly desirable, demonstrating business insight with success stories.Expertise in demand creation for new products, highlighting a strategic approach to launching and establishing new market entries.Join our winning team today.
