Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and solving their problems.Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.Manage bookings of national travels (Flight & hotels)Organizing pick up of the team, when neededInvoice & Cheque management: receiving, tracking, scanning, distribution to the finance department and our vendors.Inform suppliers about payment dates and cheque availabilityIssuing the invitation letters to visitors with all requires signatures & stampsManaging/Tracking both national and international couriers.Receive invoices from suppliers and scan them, after scanning to be sent to Finance teamArchive invoices, including employee claim invoices as wellAnswers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.Invoice & Cheque management: receiving, tracking, scanning, distribution to the finance department and our vendorsSupervise the office & fix any problemManage bookings of national travels (Flight & hotels)Role Requirements & Qualifications:
