Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day front desk operations to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.Provide on-the-job guidance and support to Receptionists, maintaining a consistent level of service quality.Handle guest concerns and service recovery in a calm, solution-oriented manner.Monitor team grooming, punctuality, and adherence to Alila standards.Coordinate room assignments, VIP arrivals, and special requests with attention to detail.Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and fulfilled.Assist in daily shift reports and handovers to maintain continuity between shifts.Lead by example in creating a welcoming, guest-centric environment at the Front Office.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a hotel environment.Familiarity with OPERA or similar Property Management System is highly preferred.Confident, approachable, and service-driven personality.Strong communication and team coordination skills.Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Passionate about elevating the guest experience and mentoring junior team members.
