Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is a contemporary lifestyle hotel located in the vibrant La Mer district. With 173 stylish guestrooms and a selection of eclectic dining outlets, we offer guests a modern and immersive experience in the heart of Dubai. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receiving Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receiving area, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of all incoming goods.
Ensure all deliveries are received at the designated receiving area.
Stamp invoices and packing slips with the appropriate receiving stamp.
Document and account for rejected goods by issuing Goods Return Notes.
Deliver goods to specified locations as per Purchase Orders.
Post all received goods daily in the FMC system.
Maintain an up-to-date file of approved Purchase Orders.
Ensure the receiving area is clean and accessible.
Adhere to HACCP standards and maintain hygiene protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
