**Description:** Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is a contemporary lifestyle hotel located in the vibrant La Mer district.With 173 stylish guestrooms and a selection of eclectic dining outlets, we offer guests a modern and immersive experience in the heart of Dubai.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receiving Officer to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receiving area, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** + Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of all incoming goods. + Ensure all deliveries are received at the designated receiving area. + Stamp invoices and packing slips with the appropriate receiving stamp. + Document and account for rejected goods by issuing Goods Return Notes. + Deliver goods to specified locations as per Purchase Orders. + Post all received goods daily in the FMC system. + Maintain an up-to-date file of approved Purchase Orders. + Ensure the receiving area is clean and accessible. + Adhere to HACCP standards and maintain hygiene protocols. + Perform other duties as assigned by management **Qualifications:** + College diploma or equivalent qualifications. + Knowledge of Materials Control and inventory management. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. + Fluency in English, both oral and written. + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. + Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage **Primary Location:** AE-DU-Dubai **Organization:** Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Finance **Req ID:** DUB006218 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
