Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca - Destination by Hyatt is looking for a well-experienced Receiving Clerk to assist our Purchasing Manager in managing the materialsdepartment in a professional, efficient manner with flexible service where possible to ensure maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Hyatt International Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Materials policies and procedures operation and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day administrative operation of goods purchasing of the Materials DepartmentMaintaining all items requisitions, purchase requests, purchase order files and recordsRoutes all incoming and outgoing mail as well as correspondence related to the Materials DepartmentEnsure that administrative inventory items i.e. office supplies, are stored properly and utilized accordingly to minimize wastage and spoilageUtilize all measures of proper inventory controlAdvise Materials Manager of unusual or excessively high consumption of inventory and non-inventory itemsEnforce all operating and control procedures to ensure that movement of goods into and within the hotel is properly accounted for as instructed by the Materials ManagerAdhere to internal control Policy and Procedure throughout the department, regarding receiving, inventory control, issuing, and emergency issuingAnswers and routes incoming telephone callsAssists and coordinates all product requisitions and specifications of food item from kitchenMaintain inventory items, par stock items, to be included as inventory items, re-order points, item listing, Unit of Measure through the use of the Scala SystemEnsure that every outlets in the hotel receives goods and services as required and to the standards they have specified Administrative:Create Purchase Orders for all food and beverage requisitions through the use of the Scala SystemEnsure full compliance with the Departmental Operational Manual for the various areas of the Materials ManagementOperate and use the computer in accordance with established proceduresSource and obtain price quotation for various purchase requests where advised by Materials ManagerSarena de Muro Resort Mallorca - Destination by Hyatt is looking for a well-experienced Receiving Clerk to assist our Purchasing Manager in managing the materialsdepartment in a professional, efficient manner with flexible service where possible to ensure maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Hyatt International Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Materials policies and procedures operation and administration.
