As a Real-World Data (RWD) Consultant, you will lead the delivery of high-impact analytical projects using real-world data sources, working with RWD analysts, and collaborating with cross-functional experts. Your role will combine project leadership, client engagement, market expertise, and supervision to translate data into strategic recommendations for top pharmaceutical clients. **Essential Functions of the role** + Lead the design, execution, and delivery of multiple RWD projects simultaneously. + Oversee project risks, milestones, and client communication to ensure successful delivery. + Act as a primary client contact to translate business needs into robust analytical solutions. + Present findings and strategic recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including Market Access, Medical, and Commercial teams. + Understands pathology/patient management, establishes a link between data analysis and evidence generation. + Contribute to the development of proposals and commercial scoping efforts when needed. + Provide methodological guidance on study design and analytical approach. + Collaborate with analysts using tools like SAS, SQL, Python or R to derive actionable insights. + Work in cross-functional projects with high interaction with other company areas, building 360º solutions for our clients and developing deep knowledge in commercial and clinical strategy research in the real-world human data of life science industry. + Keep abreast of the latest trends in the Spanish healthcare system and pharmaceutical dynamics. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in health science, Computer Science or related discipline and experience in analyzing healthcare data preferred. + 3-5+ years of experience working in pharma or consulting. + Experience in manipulating and handling Big Data. + Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, R, Power BI) is a plus. + Knowledge of healthcare patient-level data and pharmaceutical market. + Demonstrates consulting, creativity, critical thinking, project planning, and attention to detail capabilities. + Proven experience managing healthcare analytics projects. + Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business narratives. + A proactive, innovative, and pragmatic approach to problem solving and an ability to think critically and independently. + Flexible and adaptable in a client focused, results driven environment. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing, and team-oriented environment. + Fluent in English and Spanish.
