About this opportunity

The Real Estate Portfolio Analyst would support with the portfolio planning within the Market Area of the Americas, including lease events, new location requirements and Capital Expenditures requests. As we continue to optimize our portfolio and drive a human centric RE function, you will support coordinating all real estate related activities for the company, including search for new properties, support with lease negotiation, and ongoing lease provision compliance and resolution of landlord related lease issues.

What you will do Support with Ericsson’s Real Estate portfolio strategy call-out across the Americas Analyze potential transactions across the Americas.Monitor lease critical dates and support with portfolio strategy.Review business cases and support with decision documents sign-off.Coordinate with lease admins and ensure compliance with sublets
 You will bring Bachelor's degree3-5 years of relevant real estate experience (portfolio management, transaction management and real estate analysis)Domain experience: Real Estate, Transactions, Construction, Real Estate Facility Management (REFM) as corporate, commercial or consultantReal Estate Process, Models & StrategiesChange & Improvement Management SkillsNegotiation and Argumentation SkillsStakeholder Management SkillsDelivering results and managing customer expectations
