Global Workplace Operations (GWO) is accountable for the delivery of Workplace Experience and Workplace Services across Ericsson's global portfolio and is part of the RE organization. The unit owns, develops, and executes the Workplace Services strategy and its sub-strategies. It ensures RE strategies deliver appropriate, differentiated solutions at company locations.

Our Exciting Opportunity
This role leads the North American Headquarters, reporting to the Americas Head of Global Workplace Operations. The successful candidate will foster relationships with the Ericsson business leaders.
In this role, you will be challenged to advise workplace operations and experience of Ericsson premises in defined region/countries/locations and meet end-user needs as defined by Group and Region leadership responsible for Workplace Experience and Service delivery through the inhouse team and Ericsson's outsourced Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner in the geography. You will work closely with Real Estate’s Portfolio & Project Management, IT, Security, EHS and local business units.
You will actively work with Ericsson partners, suppliers, customers, and internal organizations to secure the most productive and cost-efficient premises in the industry. Proactively interact with internal sponsors to drive REFM strategies. Execute on sustainability targets and proactively work to achieve its targets.
What you will do Own and build strategic relationship with senior leaders and influencers across all Ericsson businesses that enhance trust.Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for that business/business leader.Understand the business strategy/drivers and how RE impacts these.Share business knowledge as needed within RE unit. Act as an intermediary.Be a RE ambassador. Advocate RE strategy and principals towards business leaders.Engage and guide RE SMEs as needed to meet business needs (within RE strategy).Work alongside RE SMEs on initiatives to ensure clear understanding of objectives and alignment is reached. Contribute to the smooth operation of the other RE units in your region (e.g., Portfolio transaction team).Own digital stakeholder pack that ensures visibility of strategy discussions and action points.You will align workplace strategies, practices and operations with Global Real Estate strategies.Communicate to stakeholders regarding budget forecasting, space utilization metrics, real estate facility management strategies, workplace experience, and cost saving initiatives.Build and maintain a relationship with the IFM partner that ensures its active contribution to the role holder's tasks.You will coordinate overall finance and cost control by budgeting and ensuring financial targets are met in your region.Working with service partners to find best solutions for meetings, events and activities, using creative solutions to requests and challenges. You will lead and ensure proper deployment of Workplace Experience programs for the Americas. Working with Global Real Estate primes in creating strategies and programs to enhance employee experience.QualificationsTo be successful in the role you must have
Have a BA, BSc, MSC, or similar.Have 5 years of workplace management experience, with both operational FM and stakeholder management roles. Make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, and top management.Exhibit Change & Improvement Management Skills.Show understanding of Real Estate Process, Models & Strategies.In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles and proficiency to conduct financial/business analysis. Negotiation & Argumentation SkillsStrong leadership and management experience within multiple site Region.Major corporate campus facilities experience and running several projects, sites and financials within a multiple state portfolio. Your Pay The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Sales Incentive Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for sales incentives as a part of Ericsson’s Sales Incentive Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Your Health Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
