Reagent Sales Supervisor (West, Sichuan)

The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

任职者将负责、但不限于以下职责:

1、Sales Planning销售计划

According to the job requirements from superior, to achieve assigned reagent sales objectives and growth targets.

按照上级经理的工作要求,达成指定的试剂销售目标和增长目标。

Identify key customers and key menus as the growth drivers.

确定关键客户和关键菜单,形成增长推动力。

Provide customized assay panel to increase reagent sell thru.

提供定制化的检测方案,以提高试剂的销售量。

Support and work closely with sales staff by providing reagent products when selling equipment or providing effective reagent solutions in new customer breakthrough and reagent bidding.

支持并与区域销售紧密合作,在销售设备时提供试剂产品,或在新用户突破及试剂招标中提供有效的试剂临床组合方案。

2、Business Planning 业务规划

Collect and analyze customer data and panel, filter out assay opportunity. Periodically review reagent business and funnel with sales team.

收集、分析客户数据和分组,筛选出试剂业务机会。定期与销售团队一起回顾试剂业务和funnel情况。

Visit customers regularly and collect business information to deliver reagent selling value.

定期拜访客户,收集业务信息,提供试剂销售价值。

Periodically review reagent business and assay funnel with manager and dealers.

定期与经销商回顾试剂业务和funnel情况。

Sourcing and developing clinical KOL to promote assay funnel win and volume growth.

寻找和发展临床KOL以促进assay funnel win和数量增长。

Formulate corresponding action plans and work schedules.

根据市场动态制定相应行动计划和工作日程。

3、Academic Promotion 学术推广

Be very competent and fluent in conducting professional reagent product trainings and promotions to customers and distributors.

熟练掌握针对客户和经销商的试剂产品专业培训和促销活动。

Organize promotion activities for key target clinical department.

组织针对主要目标临床部门的推广活动。

Attends external seminars for continuous learning.

参加外部研讨会,不断学习提升。
