We are seeking a passionate and experienced R&D Line Manager to lead our Scrum teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our software development processes in line with SAFe. You have:

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role, managing Scrum teams in Agile/SAFe.  Experienced in the telecommunications domain, including mobile networks, 5G slicing, Radio Access Network (RAN), orchestration and fulfilment. Strong background in the software development lifecycle such as scrum, agile, or lean methodologies.  Proficiency in cloud technologies, Java programming language, BPMN workflow, automation, and CI/CD.  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.  Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. 

It would be nice if you also had:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  Certification in Scrum or SAFe is a plus. 
  Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products.  Own talent hiring, allocation and optimize utilization across the site. Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to agile and SAFe methodologies.  Collaborate with Product Line Managers, Services and project teams, and other stakeholders to align program goals and deliverables.  Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the teams.  Ensure effective communication and coordination between Scrum teams and stakeholders.  Drive the adoption of best practices in cloud technologies, software development, automation and CI/CD.  Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.  Define, monitor and report on team performance, program/project progress and key metrics.
