About the Role

As Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards across our raw materials, production processes, and finished products, with a particular focus on supplier quality management. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, conducting audits, and implementing KPIs to monitor and enhance quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality and complianceLead supplier and internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standardsOversee and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemImplement and monitor KPIs to track supplier and product quality performanceWork cross-functionally with production, engineering, and procurement teams to address quality issuesEnsure the quality of finished products meets customer and regulatory requirementsConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issuesDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain and manufacturing processes

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment (ideally chemical manufacturing, but not essential)Strong background in supplier quality management and finished product quality assuranceExperience in ISO 9001, with a deep understanding of audits, compliance, and regulatory requirementsStrong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and monitoringExcellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective actionsAbility to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliersStrong attention to detail with a proactive and analytical mindset
