Quality Analyst (Customer Field Engineer)

Job Overview

The Customer Field Engineer has the responsibility to work according to common quality requirements and regulations in order to build up quality customer intimacy and to be the quality voice of the customer. It is expected to be the local touch point in any case of quality related subjects as such as concerns from customer production, escalations, potential issues or complaints It is required to built up a customer relation to increase the reputation of TE Connectivity.

Your main tasks Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in Quality or a related field. 3-5 years of experience within the automotive industry. Proficiency in statistical analysis. Knowledge of quality tools: (APQP, MSA, Capability Studies, VDA, AIAG,FMEA) Advanced communication skills with a strong customer focus. Exceptional presentation skills Demonstrate an independent work ethic. Collaborative team worker with a talent for fostering positive team environments. Fluent in both Business English and French.
