Network Services QA Engineer is a special role in which you aren't going to get stuck with single technology. In this role, you will get plenty of experience in datacenter automation (Terraform, Salt), integration with cloud vendors like Akamai CDN (Java) and deploying and testing of containerised services (Docker/Kubernetes). Generally, you'll be responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability of services in team's ownership.

In this role you will

Test and maintain software-defined network components on top of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure),

extend and refine existing CI/CD automation/tools contributing to easier cloud maintainability,

spearhead integration testing and test automation in Java,

work closely with Service Reliability Engineering on defining, building and fine-tuning monitoring of productional environment,

be responsible for uptime and participate on investigation of business critical issues,

have a chance to work with elite cloud vendors and participate on improvements in area of infrastructure integrations.

Required Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Experience with Java

Strong verbal communication skills (English)

Hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD

Advantage: experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform

Advantage: experience with deployment automation tools such as Salt/Ansible

Advantage: experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash
