These engineering solutions include the Oracle Advanced Support Platform (OASP) and the Oracle Advanced Support Gateway (OASG) used in the delivery of services such as Platinum, Support Patching, Patch Assessment, Maximum Availability Architecture Reporting, Cloud at Customer and Oracle Advanced Management for Hybrid Cloud.
