Ericsson Estonia Supply Chain is looking for a Purchasing specialist with global purchasing experience. You will secure material and components availability for our smart manufacturing and communicate daily with our suppliers across the globe to ensure good collaboration and relationships. This is a full time hybrid (3 days per week on site) position Monday to Friday based at our Peterburi tee 66 office.
What you will do
• Execute daily material call-off to secure material availability
• Act upon and solve disturbances in the supply chain
• Represent Ericsson at supplier meetings as the interface for daily communication
• Analyse supplier performance providing relevant input for global assessments
• Communicate supply status to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and update the ERP system (SAP) to ensure correct supplier master data
• Monitor and solve issues occurring in the invoicing process
• Participate in supply chain improvement projects
The skills you bring
• 1-4 years previous experience in global purchasing
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Previous experience managing purchases in SAP
• Analytical and basic financial skills
• Formal education in supply chain management or logistics
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge and adapt to changes
• Strong business focus and target orientation
