Job Description


Analysis and understand from customers and stakeholder about their pains and needs, actively identify, collaborate,and drive cost saving projects with user departments.

Provide RFQ/purchasing service for indirect demand to internal departments incl.
supplier sourcing and development, price negotiation and participation in tender activities with TCO ownership andmanagement, contracting process etc.

Supplier management and monitoring, act as supplier mentor for barriers clearance for daily business

Provide proper consultancy and best offers to users with customer orientated mind-set, incl. price benchmarking,collaborate with internal customers for process & cost optimization.

Proper documentation, purchasing data analysis and performance reporting, support departments on process andsupplier audit / release, co-work with related departments

Other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications

Experience: more than 3 years purchasing related experience with good negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge/skills: Customer orientated, result orientated, proactively and analytical, Personality: responsible, reliable,cost-conscious
Language: English (fluent in oral and written)
Education: Bachelor degree or above
