The Public Area is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas within the hotel. Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained to provide guests with a welcoming and pleasant environment. **Some of the responsibilities include:** + Regularly check and clean operating equipment + Ensure pantries are well stocked and maintained + Vacuum carpets and stain free + Deep cleaning projects + Clean furniture, fixtures, glasses, mirrors and surfaces + Regular checks of toilets + Refill soap dispensers and toilet paper + Clean lifts **Qualifications:** **What we are looking for in a successful candidate:** + Housekeeping experience preferred. + Minimum 4 days availability + Clear and pleasant communications skills + Ability to work weekdays, Weekends and Public Holidays from 6am - 2pm shift & 2pm - 10pm shift A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
