About the department.
The public affairs and communications function is a key pillar within the patient access and public affairs (PAPA) department. Based in Tehran, this position plays a vital role in driving Novo Nordisk’s external visibility and reputation while supporting advocacy and access efforts. We engage with policymakers, patient organizations, and media to shape a sustainable healthcare environment and enhance public understanding of chronic diseases. Requirements:
Master’s degree in communications, Public Health, Political Science, Journalism, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in corporate communication and/or public affairs, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.Strong network with key external stakeholders, including media and public sector bodies.Demonstrated experience in strategic communication, media relations, and policy engagement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Persian and English, with a proven ability to influence senior leadership.Working at Novo Nordisk:
