BIOAXIS Healthcare, an IQVIA business, a leading provider of premium quality, integrated & extensive patient support solutions & services, is seeking for a Patient Support Programs Project Coordinator.

Your role focuses on:

Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers.Monitor program performance metrics and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.Handle account-related inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate program enhancements.Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.

Program Administration:

Maintain accurate records of program activities, and outcomes.Build & maintain knowledge base for cross-functionals teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program effectiveness.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on program utilization, and key performance indicators.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or relevant field.2-3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management roles (ideally in the healthcare industry)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyFluency in English
