Our client is an Indian headquartered InsurTech platform company developing innovative software for life and health insurance. With eight years of experience, they offer AI-driven solutions in Benefit Configuration, Underwriting, Claims Management, Provider Network Management, and FWA Detection. Their products serve insurers across APAC including India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Singapore. As part of this they are looking for Provider Management SMEs to support their expanding operations.

Title / Designation: Provider Management SME Reporting Manager: Chief Product Officer Location: Indonesia Work Mode: Remote

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

Conduct requirement discovery sessions with hospitals, clinics, and insurance stakeholders. Document provider onboarding workflows, credentialing processes, and tariff configuration. Configure platform features and create user stories based on business requirements. Develop provider contract management specifications and compliance frameworks. Validate data structures and interface specifications with technical teams. Support implementation and user acceptance testing for provider management modules.

 

Candidate requirements:

 

6+ years in health insurance or healthcare provider operations. Strong knowledge of provider contracting, credentialing, and tariff management. Experience with provider network management systems or healthcare portals. Understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks in APAC markets. Excellent documentation skills and system configuration capabilities. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Experience working in cross-functional implementation teams.
