Robert Bosch Power Tool Elektromos Szerszágyártó Kft. was founded in Miskolc in November 2001, and today it has become a determining factor not only within the company group, but also in the region, becoming the largest Bosch power tool factory worldwide.

Job DescriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle.Technical coordination of quality issues in the development process.Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for battery production.Identify potential quality issues, implementing preventive and corrective actions.Perform thorough product inspections, quality audits, and testing to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.Analyze and interpret quality data, generating reports and recommending product/process improvements.Support continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing and automation projects.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.Experience with project management and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
