The candidate will manage detailed project plans, documentation, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving teams to meet milestones and deliverables. **Job Responsibilities** + **Project Management** : Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule; create and manage detailed project plans and documentation. + **Team Leadership** : Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, drive milestones, and resolve issues. + **Reporting and Documentation** : Prepare and present reports; update project plans and documentation. + **Risk and Budget Management** : Assess and manage project risks; monitor budget variances. + **Collaboration and Decision Support** : Work with functional area representatives; assist in decision-making. + **Operational and Quality Practices** : Apply safety, quality, and change management practices; resolve quality issues. + **Regulatory Compliance** : Ensure adherence to FDA, OSHA, and company policies; recommend and implement corrective actions. + **File and Data Management** : Maintain accurate records; assist with data collection and document creation/modification. + **Process Improvement** : Contribute to CAPA process improvements. **Education Level** Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) In a discipline appropriate to the project environment. **Experience/Background** Minimum 7 years Relevant experience, including business / QA experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred. Extensive experience with project management and general business principles required. The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
