One of the top strategic priorities for NCR Atleos is accelerating the global adoption of ATM as a Service (ATMaaS). As part of the Global Services Strategy, this role will lead the implementation of this strategic priority.
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for gathering the Project Requirements, creation of Statements of Work (as applicable), Planning, Executing, Closing, and Transition to Life Cyle Management. Their primary objective is to work with all project stakeholders to ensure assigned projects are completed successfully, meeting both the Client and internal stakeholders’ requirements. To be successful in this role, this person should have a strong understanding of Project Management methodologies.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Successfully manage project from project initiation to project closure.
Lead meetings and conduct information gathering sessions with clients and internal resources.
Create detailed project plans that includes timelines, resources, and dependencies.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying and working with internal teams to mitigate risk.
Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for project status and escalations between NCR Atleos and the customer.
Build and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including team’s members, clients, vendors, and executives throughout the project.
Ensure internal stakeholders are held accountable to deliver on their tasks to meet project objectives.
Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project progress updates and risk assessments.
Regularly communicate with management to discuss resourcing constraints and to gain an understanding of specific priorities, constraints, and deadlines.
Provide strong leadership and direction to all project stakeholders.
Coordination and planning: Strategically plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, conference calls to ensure efficient execution of tasks and objectives.
Elicit requirements by working with Clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) to thoroughly understand the scope.
Gather work effort estimates and prepare pricing recommendations (as required).
Create comprehensive, unambiguous, and concise Statements of Work (as required).
Conduct rigorous post-implementation reviews and document key learnings for future enhancements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of comprehensive project management experience in a technology environment
Project Management Certification(s) or equivalent work experience
Knowledge in Project Management Methodologies
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and skilled in MS Project or other project tracking tool
Ability to effectively elicit, articulate, and write requirements documents
Ability to tolerate ambiguity while meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage issues and competing priorities; move with agility between tasks
Able to wear multiple hats navigating freely between business, technical, execution, operations, etc.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills to be used in continuous client-facing activities
Exceptional organizational, planning, process management, documentation, and time management skills
Effective at managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
Able to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional team settings
Flexible and adaptable to work in a change management-driven environment
Effective at team building and relationship management

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Banking Industry supporting Banking customers is highly preferred
