As a Data Analytics Specialist for the MEA Service Hub Team at Nokia, you'll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making by providing insightful analytics on utilization, certifications, cross-charging, and KPI achievements. You have: 

Strong expertise in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., ERM, Lawson, BP, Tempus). Proven experience in cost management and efficiency improvement strategies. Knowledge of operational adherence (MoO) and KPIs achievement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 5-8 years of industry experience.

It would be nice if you also had: 

Experience in project management and resource planning. Familiarity with accreditation and certification processes. Skills in automation and process improvement initiatives. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or similar) in business or operations management. Provide insightful data analytics related to utilization, certifications, and cross charging to enhance operational efficiency for the MEA Service Hub Team. Ensure adherence to MoO standards while consistently achieving project and team KPIs through rigorous tracking and management. Support resource management, including ERP systems (ERM, Lawson, BP, Tempus) to optimize resource allocation and control costs. Monitor and enforce UTL targets while managing Headcount (HC) and cost targets to drive efficiency improvements. Facilitate and support MS Transformation initiatives to boost automation and enhance overall service delivery. Act as a subject matter expert, contributing to project management by planning resources and managing cost controls effectively. Engage proactively with stakeholders, communicating cross-functionally and advocating for best practices in cost and progress management. Drive a culture of innovation by exploring and implementing solutions that respond to fluctuating business environments and stakeholder needs.
