Project Management & Special Assignments Associate - Student Position

We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from. **What you'll do** + Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects involving business partners. + Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, action items, and status reports. + Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external business partners. + Help organize and track project-related meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking. + Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. + Conduct research and analysis to support project goals and special initiatives. + Manage and track specific tasks and deliverables assigned as part of larger projects. + Assist in the coordination of events, workshops, or meetings involving business partners. + Provide administrative support to the project management team and partnership initiatives. + Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc projects as required to support business objectives. **What you bring** + Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline. + Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. + High self-learning capability + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other On-Line tools. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. + A genuine interest in project management and working with external partners. **Meet your team** The Customer & Partner Care team, organizationally located within the S/4HANA Cloud Product Success organization.
