Project Management Lead, Nevio cockpitMain responsibilities

Design the Nevio cockpit 

Define the key components of the cockpit that will be relevant to all the key program stakeholders. It should include core Nevio components as well as core ecosystem components - Creation Platform, Tests systems, production support, platform monitoring capabilities.

Apply the Nevio program management basics 

The person is in charge to consolidate, maintain and report key metrics of all Nevio programs: program roadmap, program status, change management, cost control and risks. Information is captured proactively and in a timely manner from the relevant R&D Trains / Epic Owners / Program directors ... and is provided as an executive summary for stakeholders, senior leadership for status, decisions and escalations.

Information is shared in the most relevant ways (status, forums, ...) to ensure effective and efficient processing for the overall success of Nevio Programs. For instance, it encompasses:

Maintain overall Nevio delivery plan

Maintain Program dashboards

Organize and run Program status and forums

Guide Specific Nevio Transversal activities 

For well-defined and framed activities, acts as a project guide to ensure its success. It can be tactical/operational activities: (e.g. mitigate delivery/customer risks, support specific customer transition, ...), pre-sales engagements, partner management, transition management, ...

Consistent Program Delivery 

Enhance and develop the general framework & toolkit used by program structures to ensure consistent and efficient delivery: program governance, communication, engagement with stakeholders, deployment mechanics, … Gather feedback from the various stakeholders to identify areas of improvement.

Become a reliable partner internally 

Build a network with Product Management, Engineering, Programs, Implementation teams to act as a Nevio Program champion and influence discussions.

Working experience

Extensive experience in Program Management and in Customer interaction role, with experience in Airlines Business being beneficial.
