Your day-to-day
Project definition and planning:
Organize kick-offs with clients.
Internal preparation meetings.
Systematize the initial proposal: technical aspects, roadmap, solution.
Gather client information.
Define the kick-off structure (duration, dynamics, etc.).
Project presentation.
Execute process audits.
Document process changes.
Coordinate/execute technical workshops.
Manage documentation for the technical roadmap.
Roadmap communication with suppliers/clients.
Change management roadmap.
Project scope definition.
Roadmap and timing.
Project risk plan.
Client project presentation.
Project execution and monitoring:
Organize and train the internal project team: integration, analysis, product, compliance, activation, Customer Care, etc.
Lead client interactions for project implementation.
Coordinate the implementation of the project roadmap: time, scope, risks.
Internal project monitoring: periodic project progress analysis and risk assessment.
Client project monitoring: define tools and dynamics.
Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and commitment.
Handle project deviations (new client requirements or scope changes).
Coordinate interactions with pilot clients/suppliers for pilot development.
Manage project changes.
Regularly report project progress.
Project closure:
Ensure integration project documentation.
Follow up on invoicing for all services.
Coordinate integration team training and handover to the Customer Care team.
Coordinate training and handover to rollout teams.
Provide commercial support to clients.
What are we looking for?
Knowledge and experience in project management (PMI): scope definition, time management, budgeting for new developments, and risk management.
Advanced level of English and French are essential. Other languages will be highly valued.
Knowledge in the tourism, Horeca, or payments sector is a plus.
High level of communication (assertiveness), stakeholder mediation, and teamwork skills.
