As a Project Finance Accountant you will be in charge of securing accurate execution accounting transactions in SAP ONE, in compliance with Ericsson’s processes and accounting directives. If you have good PFA experience and financial knowledge, are proficient in English, having excellent analytical skills and you are looking in increasing your finance and project management knowledge, this is an excellent opportunity.
What you will do?Secure proper input for setup of Fulfilment Assignments, create OEF (One Entry Form) and obtain correct approvalsVerify and Register Customer POs in relevant toolsSetup FAS in SAP ONE according to approved OEF & Accounting DirectivesIssue Down PaymentMaintain Revenue and Billing Milestones in SAP ONEMaintain Budget & Planned Cost in SAP ONEPerform customer invoicing (including cancellation invoices, debit & credit notes)Recognize revenue in SAP ONE according to defined Proof of DeliveryHighlight potential objects to be closedClose all Fulfilment Assignment Objects in SAP ONEMaintenance and update of SAP objects to fulfil project scope and business continuity requirementsTeam administrative responsibilities: a) time reporting accordingly to set deadlines; b) knowledge sharing accordingly to unit’s directives; c) accurate operational handovers when necessary d) allocated activities progress reporting accordingly to the team directives e) completion of training curricula as required by unit directive and/or accordingly to Ericsson policies and requirements f) participation in team and other applicable appointed meetings.You will bring:
Good finance experience- understanding of financial principles and financial knowledge (AP, AR, GL,etc.) of minimum 2-3 yearsProficient in English- B2-C1 levelGood to have SAP finance tool or other finance tools (other finance tools will be learned)Excel- minimum medium levelDigitalization skills are a plus (Robot Process Automation, SAP scripting, VBA development (macros), other)Other european language is a plusBachelor’s degree (economics, project management, business administration)Commitment to continuous learning and adaptabilityFlexible, analytical and great teamwork skillsAbility to multi-task, attention to details and oriented towards business results.Here are some of our benefits:
