Job Title: Project Expert - Marketing
Location: New York, NY
Work Model: Telecommuting permitted up to 60%.
Purpose and Objective:
SAP Global Marketing, Inc. seeks a Project Expert - Marketing at our New York, NY location to develop and deliver key strategic projects and strategy within the Marketing Organization.
Expectations and Tasks: Provide program, project, and change management services, either individually or as a project lead, required to manage major or special Marketing programs/projects using Project and Change Management methodologies based on PMI and ACMP principles respectively (concepts such as Agile/Lean processes) to support both technical and non-technical Marketing projects. Apply expert knowledge of all PM steps, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans (initiate, plan, execute, control, and close) to manage projects. Define and manage all aspects of determining project scope, cost, and schedule. Manage integrated demand program projects with broad, global scope. Determine all processes and steps to define and manage project and change management execution plans. Formally or informally lead large, cross-functional project teams. Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities. Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project Assess Project Success. Apply structured methodologies to define and track project KPIs. Conduct pre and post impact analyses to assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and determine a baseline to gauge project success.
Education and Occupational Experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field of study and seven years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field of study and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience to include each of the following:
• Define and produce digital marketing programs and activations;
• Gather and synthesize market insights and company objectives;
• Cultivate customer relationships and engagement;
• Build internal and external communications plans to support employee and customer engagement, change management, and amplify cultural and strategy shifts;
• Evaluate and recommend communications and content delivery methods and develop content;
• Measure and report strategic projects, including survey management, budget and financials, program summarization, and recommendations; and
• Create enablement and digital marketing assets to be leveraged in lead and demand generation, quarterly business reviews, cloud partner management activities, and integrated demand management planning.
Travel: Position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $144,320-$243,950. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $168,800-$287,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
