At our Royal Canin® site in Bruck an der Leitha (just 30 minutes from Vienna), more than 350 dedicated Associates work every day to produce tailored nutrition that supports the health and wellbeing of dogs and cats — in Austria and around the globe.
As Project Engineer, you’ll lead and support the design and implementation of engineering projects that matter – from sustainability to safety and innovation. You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment where your ideas and initiative are valued, and where you can see the impact of your work every day. What are we looking for?A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical or scientific field
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant industry
A strong team player with the drive to make things happen
Solid project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication, listening, and influencing abilities
You speak fluent German and feel confident communicating in English too
Most importantly: You’re eager to learn, grow, and make a difference
What will be your key responsibilities?Manage engineering projects that deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient solutions
Take ownership of your role – from execution to cross-functional collaboration and personal growth
Encourage and empower team members to take initiative and deliver results
Lead and coordinate external contractors on-site
Actively engage with internal partners from different departments and functions
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with financial targets
Apply and help evolve our global engineering standards locally

A gross annual base salary starting at €64,300 (full-time), plus company bonus– higher depending on experience
