We are currently looking for a Project Engineer to join our Banglen Plant. This position plays a vital role in leading annual CAPEX execution while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and timeline performance across multiple engineering projects.
What You’ll Do
Lead and review process designs and improvements, including energy and mass balance and utility design
Collaborate with external and internal engineering partners on equipment specs and control system design
Define project scopes, budget estimates, and proposals for CAPEX approval
Oversee CAPEX project execution, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Supervise installation, commissioning, and programming activities to meet project goals
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering
Solid experience in CAPEX project management within food, chemical, or engineering firm environments
Strong English communication (written & spoken)
Knowledge of safety regulations and international standards
Comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to relocate within Thailand if required
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in the food manufacturing industry
Familiarity with utility systems, process automation, or optimization
Proficiency in a second language
