What are we looking for?
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.Experience delivering engineering projects from concept to implementation.A collaborative approach to managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional progress.Ability to use data and insight to make decisions and manage change.Understanding of manufacturing technologies and pipeline practices.What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead the planning, specification, procurement, and startup of new process and mechanical equipment.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and contractor management — delivering work safely and to the highest standards.Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation of capital projects.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve operational challenges to avoid delays.What can you expect from Mars?
