Job Description

To enable a positive workforce experience through innovative learning solutioning to address business requirements. Partner with relevant stakeholders; driving efficiencies, agility and commercial viability by optimising technology in the design and development of integrated learning solutions. To understand strategy and shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritising and ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented, to address needs.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
Degree in Social Science or equivalent.

Experience required
•    Minimum of 8 -10 years demonstrated workplace experience in Learning.
•    In depth experience collaborating with key stakeholders and business leaders around learning experiences and enhancements to gain an understanding of their requirements to inform design methodologies and approaches; use deductive and inductive research and analytics approaches to inform design content which supports a positive learning experience.
•    Prior experience designing and submitting content for all learning technology, taking into account the various end user segments across the enterprise and ensuring that it is in line with group standards and Corporate Identity, to enable a positive, seamless, digitally enabled and integrated user experience of the technology.
•    Must have the ability to define and lead the design of appropriate learning solutions for the business to address identified performance gaps.
