Are you a strategic thinker with deep experience in program management of digital products? We’re looking for a Program Manager – Digital Systems to lead cross-functional global initiatives in collaboration with product owners, architects, team leads, and stakeholders.

This is a high-visibility role focused not on delivery alone—but on driving alignment, structure, and successful execution of digital initiatives across global teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive the program end-to-end: requirements, planning, governance, and alignment Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders Use Agile methodologies, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Jira to manage and track initiatives Ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards Document, improve, and scale PLM processes Coordinate global transitions and knowledge transfers—experience in this area is a strong plus

What We’re Looking For:

15+ years in program or project management within product-driven environments Strong understanding of Java/.NET software applications Experience working in or managing transitions across development centers Prior exposure to development and supply chain domains is highly preferred Solid understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, and SDLC practices Ability to work in a matrix structure with global teams
