As the Technical Program Manager for Accessibility, you will spearhead accessibility initiatives within a matrixed organization, help drive transformation throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and across Lines of Business (LOB). A core responsibility will be fostering an 'accessibility first' mindset across teams, ensuring accessibility is a fundamental consideration in the development of new products and workflows. 

Success in this role hinges on your ability to collaborate effectively with Fusion Applications Development, Support, and other LoB to identify and implement impactful accessibility solutions. You will be adept at balancing business objectives with a strong commitment to advocating for accessibility, ultimately contributing to enhanced customer success.
