We are currently seeking an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to build and lead a new internal-initiative within Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). In this critical role, you will drive definition and clarity around operational excellence, specifically focusing on the application of artificial intelligence to automate the handling of operational issues for Oracle services. The outcomes of this role are to define, measure, and hold OCI service teams accountable to the newly defined operational bar.
