Program Manager 3-ProdDev

Oracle Health is seeking am experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic and fast-paced Platform team. As a Sr TPM at Oracle Health, you will play a crucial role in driving critical programs, build a working relationship with cross functional partnering teams, drive data driven decisions, and support our senior leadership. You will work with internal/external partner teams to align vision, define objectives, manage risks, create functional solutions, define/implement plans, and ultimately deliver impact. It is the expectation that the TPM becomes an SME in the space influencing the direction, strategy and design of the solutions working closely with engineers. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, cross-organizational and project management skills and thrive in a highly innovative, fast paced, evolving and ambiguous environment.

 

Subject Matter Expert: Not only do you deeply understand the areas you work in, but you are also gifted at explaining the “so what” to stakeholders. You will build and develop relationships across organizations and define new operational strategies, working with the leadership team on special projects.

Clear Communicator: Your status reports are articulate, crisp, and updates rolled up to the appropriate level appropriate based on the audience. You flag and report potential risks to internal and external stakeholders and are adept at representing your reports (verbally & written) to senior executives.

Act With Urgency: You are proactive, have bias for action, and are constantly looking for opportunities to improve exiting reporting experience or identifying new ones which will help bubble up the organizational health trend to senior executives.
