We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Healthcare Regulatory Strategist to join our team supporting our shared-domain customers. As a Healthcare Regulatory Strategist, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and maintaining state/local regulatory requirements that impact our customers as well as other regulatory bodies and accreditations applicable across the United States. Your expertise will ensure our customers remain compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, enabling them to provide high-quality patient care while minimizing risk.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, Public Policy, or other healthcare related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting. Knowledge of state and local healthcare regulations, including laws, rules, and guidelines. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC, CCEP) or a related field is preferred. Oracle Health Millennium build knowledge for clinical applications (PowerChart, PowerForms, IView, Orders, PowerPlans, Ambulatory, Emergency Medicine etc.) preferred.
