Where You'll Work Our Evansville, IN location is part of the Coatings division, and creates various breading, batter, and coating blends for Kerry brands and customers. We currently employ around 165 employees. We are a part of the Evansville Local Labor union 561. Compensation Data The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $85,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements). What You'll Do + Efficiently execute the production schedule during the 2nd shift. + Develop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers. + Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. + Manage the production department budget. + Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace. + Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses. + Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). What You Need To Be Successful + A four year degree preferred in engineering, food technology or business + 2 to 5 years experience in a food plant or related industry. Leadership experience is desirable. + Experience with SAP is preferred. + Continuous improvement understanding. + Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology. Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
