Our Ericsson Estonia SCM Dimensioning & Planning team is looking for a new Production Planner!


The core function of this role to plan and schedule SMA, FA and THW production activities to ensure efficient use of production capacity. This position will enable to challenge your planning capability, put your former level of personal driver and communication skills to test to achieve the highest level of productivity. 


What you will do 


•    Monitor, analyze and schedule flexible and efficient use of production capacity
•    Plan and schedule production according to previously established manufacturing sequence and lead times
•    Create and manage production orders according to agreed production plans
•    Drive improvement projects in area of responsibility
•    Monitor, analyze and report performance and KPI
•    Ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of production and planning status
•    Resolve problems utilizing knowledge and analytical abilities

 

You will bring 


•    Relevant experience in the field of production planning in manufacturing environment
•    Through knowledge of production processes (ideally in electronics industry) 
•    Previous experience of SAP PP model or other ERP systems planning tools 
•    Good analytical and numerical skills
•    Ability to achieve challenging targets, a strong personal drive and social skills
•    Team player mindset and ability to solve problems both individually and in a team
•    University degree or equivalent job experience
•    Proficient in English language, Estonian and Russian is considered as bonus
 

Please note, this position is not offering relocation and only local Tallinn, Estonia based candidates will be considered.
