Nakhon RatchasimaJob Highlights • 2 years working experience• Good command of spoken and written English• Good understanding of Problem-Solving methodologiesOverview • The Production Engineer role is responsible for making the production process as efficient as possible and it is a feeder role for future Production Leads and Shift Managers. To be a successful Production Engineer you need to be an independent thinker and a keen problem solver.• Production Engineer is accountable for identifying and analyzing ways to prevent waste and inefficiencies within the manufacturing operations. This includes implementing solutions to reduce waste, improve yield and increase TRS while maximizing productivity, labor and equipment utilization.• Production Engineer is responsible for leading MSE / CI projects on each shift, creating and deploying OPL’s and work instruction, ensuring the FMOS system requirements are followed. This position is also accountable for measurement and management of shift KPI’s in line with PCH Supply Metrics reporting standards.
