Job Summary

As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate rostering of production operators and records. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a passion for organisation and detail.

Role Responsibilities:

Assist Production Leaders with rostering Machine Operators across all shifts including Overtime and Kronos Management.

Responsible for rostering Casual Operators and maintaining budget for it.

Responsible for tracking Absenteeism and Planned leave across all shifts within Production.

Responsible for requesting Temporary Labour Hire when needed and accountable for maintaining its budget.

Responsible for setting up system for ordering production consumables and maintaining inventory. Accountable for Consumables budget and inventory.

Responsible for managing End of Runs in SAP across all 4 shifts, ensuring accurate data is entered and all Consumption of Goods Issues (COGIs) are cleared daily.

Supporting the production team by managing administration tasks such as invoicing, data entry, reporting, uniform and locker management.

Ad hoc administration tasks as required.

Relevant Experience:

5-7 years’ experience in operational, quality, food tech or process background in an FMCG company (desired, not mandatory).

Managing rostering of people.

Any other critical personal characteristics:

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work autonomously.

Ability to prioritise and ensure delivery to a high standard.

Results driven, process orientated, organisational skills.
