Working here, you’ll feel part of a family that is dedicated to making a difference and helping others. **What You'll Do:** + Oversight and involvement in cleaning and sanitization processes for food processing equipment and food processing facilities. + Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures. + Follow all companySanitation standardoperating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning equipment and facility. + Perform pre-inspection of clean equipment before requesting supervisor approval. + Complete all required sanitation and work order documentation.   + Maintains all sanitation-related equipment, including but not limited to cleaning carts andtools, automaticfloor scrubbers,vacuums, foamers,cleaning equipment, and tools. Keeps the cleaning supplies stocked, on-hand, and organized. + Perform other duties as assigned by the sanitation supervisor. + Maintains the effectiveness of the quality system and adheres to all company GMPs and Safety policies. + Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe, quality foods that meet regulatory, company, and customer requirements. + Follow company safety policies and practices, fostering a safe workplace and environment for ourselves and our co-workers. + Work safely with the chemicals used in the cleaning process and ensure all chemicals are used at proper concentrations following chemical handling SOP. + Wear appropriate person protective equipment (PPE) while performing cleaning tasks. **Required Qualifications** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) + Ability to follow all GMPs, Food Safety, and EHS SOPs perassignments. + Properly, accurately, andlegibly complete required documentation. + Ability to perform the essential functions of this position with minimal supervision. + Ability to work with extended periods of standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting in safe manner. + Ability to lift-up to 50lbs and push and/or pull up to 100 lbs. **Preferred Qualifications** + Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred. The base pay for this position is $17.00 – $34.00 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
