Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Manager - AirOps

The Airport & Airline Operations (AirOps) Product Marketing team is seeking a Portfolio Strategy Lead to drive the growth of our comprehensive portfolio of products addressing various customer verticals (airlines, airports, border control, ground handlers, and more).

You will collaborate with the leadership team and cross-functionally with product management, product marketing, engineers, and commercial teams to identify customer needs, market trends, and provide recommendations for the portfolio of products for AirOps.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvolve our portfolio of products – manage the evolution of our portfolio of products from their incubation to their decommission. Ensure our product line up is consistent, aligned with the overall strategy, and meets customers’ needs. Maintain an accurate picture of our portfolio at all times, including in internal processes and tools. Contribute to defining the portfolio direction – support the leadership team to take portfolio decisions (e.g., priorities,) by preparing recommendations and developing compelling narratives backed by customer needs & data (when applicable). Represent Portfolio Management across the organization – Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales and Engineering to align on the portfolio initiatives. Discuss Amadeus-wide initiatives with central teams and other business lines as needed. Manage AirOps strategic partnerships (Strategic Partners and Tech Giants) – Build a pipeline of potential collaboration initiatives in AirOps and support their assessment throughout the organization. Support the deployment of joint go-to-market strategies, and facilitating coordination between both parties. 

About our ideal candidateExperienced in Product Portfolio management and strategy in an Enterprise / B2B environment.Ability to translate company strategy into concrete actions and initiatives. Ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership. Experience directly working with external partners and/or customers.Data-driven mindset & data analysis skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Fluent in English
