Product Marketing Specialist - Creation PlatformBusiness contextBuilt on modern technology, the Creation Platform offers shared technical and business capabilities and content, following established standards and governance.
It allows Amadeus developers to easily access and combine these resources to create new solutions or enhance existing ones. It supports Amadeus' growth and travel ecosystem vision by fostering synergies across all Business Lines, enhancing solution building while connecting customers, partners, and suppliers.
The Data and Agility products have been the first to leverage the capabilities of the Creation Platform, helping improve their maturity and contributing to the addition of new content and capabilities. These products address customer needs when they are not yet ready to move to Nevio.
About the roleAs a Product Marketing Manager for the Data and Agility product, you will
Lead commercial and launch readiness activities, contributing to Amadeus' strategy of being the leading technology partner for our customers and evolving towards an ecosystem business.Design and define the full value proposition, which could include content management, pricing, customer experience and insights, go-to-market strategies, as well as messaging and benefits for internal and external promotion.Have a good technical and/or functional understanding of your products and how they contribute to the business. You will act as a reference for colleagues within and outside the Creation Platform.Influence decisions related to your activities, anticipate dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contribute to cross-functional projects, propose process improvements, and be accountable for your and your team's commitments.Work autonomously, seeking guidance when needed, especially in complex situations.Your main responsibilitiesUnderstand customers' business and issues and develop the business/product value proposition.Build portfolio assets: descriptions, sales materials, value propositions, etc., to ensure each communication linked to product releases highlights the key benefits for customers.Define a service catalog on top of the products, working with Amadeus Services teams.Understand market dynamics, including industry trends, traveler trends, and the competitive landscape.Design and ensure implementation of the pricing strategy to maximize revenue. Manage product profitability by aligning resources dedicated to the product throughout its lifecycle.Identify and/or validate opportunities for the development of new or enhancement of existing products through analysis of market, competitor, and customer information and knowledge of Amadeus' potential offerings that will meet customer needs.Work with other Business Units (BUs) and Business Lines (BLs) towards the creation of new content, enhancing the value proposition for both the Data and Agility portfolio and the source solution.Recommend marketing improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external business challenges.Contribute to the Creation Platform strategy by piloting the capabilities, their commercial models, identifying their value proposition, and customer tracking.Products in Scope: Data Hub Feed, DaaS (Data as a Service), Business Automation, TDNA (Travel Data Network Analytics).
