As a Distinguished Product Manager on the Mission-Critical Data and AI Engines team, you will perform a vital role by defining product requirements for AI-centric functionality, working closely with Engineering to build product roadmaps and prioritization, setting product messaging, and ensuring that our offerings delight customers and differentiate from competitors.

This role performs several different functions:

Defines highly differentiated capabilities and use cases that will be used by some of the world's largest, most demanding Enterprises. Acts as the primary source of business and technical enablement, ensuring that technical collateral is generated that enables future solution implementations.  Engage with customers to understand their requirements and then feed that back to the engineering team.

To accomplish this range of functions, a Distinguished Product Manager needs to have a broad skillset:

Deep technical background in database technologies and the SQL language Foundational understanding of similarity search, text search, Agentic AI, and Large Language models Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. This also extends to communicating with both technical and business audiences with equal skill A passion for evangelizing new technologies and educating our user base Business acumen in the context of understanding business pressures that customers face in making technical decisions, and the impact of product decisions on Oracle technologies Thrive and succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities
